I use Milonic Solutions' DHTML Menu Navigation System.
For the most part, I've done the
creative work on the site. Design in some areas is done with MS filters, visible only in IE. I used 800x600 resolution and I tried to make the site cross-browser friendly. I have provided a text only version for those who prefer no
images. I hope
